Staffing Scheduling Night/Weekend Coordinator

Part-time
Salary: $65-203 Daily

Ideal parttime opportunity working from home with scheduling flexibility for a Home Care Agency in Staten Island.  Must drive & live in Staten Island.  Company cell phone will be provided which must be picked up at the end of the day 5pm and returned the next morning at 9am to the day coordinator. 

On-call Coordinator, Monday – Wednesday nights, 1 weekend per month on a rotation schedule and provide coverage when needed.

Coordinate & maintain client and caregivers’ schedules, fill any open shifts as needed, and assure clients are staffed appropriately.  Answer & address incoming calls & text messages accordingly to clients and/or caregivers.

Must know basic Microsoft excel, word, how to write & send email, navigate the internet, excellent communication/organizational skills and work independently.  HHA Exchange experienced preferred but not required.

Requirements:  Must drive, have a car, desktop computer or laptop.

 

Home Health Aides

  • HHA Certification
  • Documents that establish both identity & employment eligibility such as: Unexpired US passport, Birth Certificate, Permanent Resident Card and/or Employment Authorization Card.
  • Unexpired Driver’s license or Non-Drivers ID card and original social security card.
  • Physical Examination (less than 1 year old) completed by Medical Provider. Must provide reports for titers, drug screening, PPD, and chest x-ray if positive PPD.

 

Licensed Professionals

  • State Board License
  • School Certification
  • Malpractice Insurance (optional)
